I had fibromyalgia for years before it was recognized. I had no idea why I suffered so much and nothing seemed to help; I only knew I hurt all the time, had trouble sleeping, was tired & depressed, and had limited ability to walk. I had to go to bed to rest in intervals every day and I had frequent flares where everything worsened and bed rest last a week or more. I liked to travel but that was next to impossible. I was desperate for a diagnosis and treatment. Finally, I received treatment but in the form of pills and shots. Both of those helped some, but only temporarily and the pain would return. I tried a couple of chiropractors with no results.

 Then, I read about Dr. Nesterenko in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. He has special education to give specific chiropractic care. Although I had doubts that he could help, I was desperate and decided to schedule an appointment.I found him to be a very down-to-earth individual who seemed very interested in helping his patients regain their health.

I am so glad I made that decision. I still have fibromyalgia, but now I feel better than I have in years. I have not had a flare in some time. I am able to stay up all day to work, and I sleep well now. I am minus the terrible, tired feeling that goes along with depression. Now, I can walk more without my legs and feet hurting.
